RETURNS:

Hummingbird Coffee always send out the freshest of coffee guaranteed.
We will accept returns for the following:
Goods damaged or faulty before despatch
Incorrect order delivered
NB: Goods must be dated within 7 days of notification of any issues to us.

This policy observes our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act
(1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986). Please email us on

REFUNDS:

Whenever possible, Hummingbird Coffee repairs or replaces damaged or
faulty goods or we give a refund.
In the unlikely event of an accident, as they say, we'll be there!
